Carrie recently graduated from Tulane University with a degree in English and History and originally hails from the central coast of California, for which she blames her incurable addictions to In-n-Out and having blonde hair. The youngest of five children, Carrie was delighted to find that her adopted city of New Orleans is host to swarms of people who are just as strange as the family she left behind, and as a result, she’s settled in nicely. Someday she wants to wear spectacles and write weighty and important novels, but for now she’s content with 20/20 vision and helping things run smoothly at Deep Fried. She likes cooking, taking trips, having protracted conversations about Harry Potter, and is really hoping that the Eagles make it to the Jazz Fest in her lifetime.
