Originating from the depths of southern Louisiana but resembling nothing of it, Milstead made the big move 50 miles northward and into New Orleans to pursue his incredibly nerdtastic passion for utilizing proper web standards, vanquishing Flash in favor of Javascript, and hitting up every Mediterranean dinner joint within reach. Much to his delight, Deep Fried opened their arms with a comforting, “We understand. We, too, tend to get nerdy over these things, dear child.” Milstead believes in grey over gray, colour over color, analogue over digital, Constructivism and Dada, Earl Grey and chai, finding inspiration in Joyce (see/click Fig. A), and unnecessarily long and grammatically correct sentences.
