Whether they’ll admit it or not, everyone loves something deep fried – shrimp, cheese, twinkies, even vegetables. You name it, it’s gotta taste good fried. Well, when founder Jennie Westerman moved to New Orleans many moons ago, the first party she attended was serving batch after batch of deep fried pickles. Initially digusted, then quite pleasantly surprised, she quickly realized that if they will deep fry a pickle here, then they will really deep fry anything in this city!
